Cheap Amoxicillin
All stages of Lyme disease respond to appropriate antibiotic therapy. Our current recommendations are presented in table 2. Two to 3 weeks of oral therapy is sufficient for early Lyme disease. Intravenous therapy is usually needed in neurologic Lyme disease to achieve satisfactory antibiotic levels in cerebrospinal fluid. Two to 4 weeks is recommended, and most experts favor the longer course of treatment. A possible exception, Bell's palsy in patients with normal spinal fluid, has been treated successfully with oral agents. Arthritis, whether acute and intermittent or chronic, has been successfully treated with 4 to 8 weeks of oral therapy.

Asthma. Asthma medications at Canadian pharmacy
Apr 2, 2008
Author: Canadian pharmacy support
Asthma (Az-muh) is a chronic disease that affects your airways. The airways are the tubes that carry air in and out of your lungs. If you have asthma, the inside walls of your airways are inflamed (swollen). The inflammation (IN-fla-MAY-shun) makes the airways very sensitive, and they tend to react strongly to things that you are allergic to or find irritating. When the airways react, they get narrower, and less air flows through to your lung tissue. This causes symptoms like wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), coughing, chest tightness, and trouble breathing, especially at night and in the early morning.

Permethrin is a drug that is preferred now. It's the drug of choice for head lice. This is Nix. 5% cream is Elimite. With the increasing problem of resistant lice, the Medical Letter has indicated that 5% cream put on overnight under a shower cap may be useful in treating the resistant lice.
Crotamiton or Eurax has been around for a long time in treating scabies. The advantage of this product is that it is antipruritic because the itching continues for some days afterwards.
Pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide is A200, Rid and most of the other over-the-counter products that are available for treating head lice that are sold. It probably is not a bad idea to consider treating again in seven days with this product and although it's not an FDA indication, the Medical Letter has indicated that Ivermectin has been used by some folks for resistant lice or scabies as a one time oral dose.
TB chemotherapy. Isoniazid is still around. It's used for prophylaxis. It can be used obviously in combination therapy. It is a toxic drug. Pyridoxine is usually used with it to prevent neurotoxicity. You probably know a lot about this drug.
Rifampin, I would mention to you can be used not only in TB treatment but is used in meningococcal or H. flu contact prophylaxis and in some resistant Staph infections. You should warn people who are being put on rifampin that it can cause red coloration of tears, sweat, urine, everything, and some people think they are bleeding to death. It's a good idea to warn them about that. Also, it will interfere with the activity of birth control pills. So if you are giving rifampin prophylaxis to a mom who is on birth control pills, you probably should advise her to use other forms of contraception during the ensuing month.

Epidemiology
No reliable figures are available of the actual incidence of GAD, probably because of the changing diagnostic criteria used in various studies (DSM-III, DSM-IIIR, ICD-10). It is evident, however, that GAD is a common disorder in the community, even more common in primary care practice, but much less common in referred psychiatric practice.
